I’m a very busy person, how much time does it take to set up EzyPos?

It really depends on how many products you have and how busy you are. Some merchants complete the process within a couple of hours, but if you have tons of SKUs and not a lot of free time, it could take weeks.

We do understand that time IS money for entrepreneurs, so in order to make set-up as quick and painless as possible, we recommend that you prepare CSV/xls files of the following before starting the process:

  • List of all products
  • List of prices and tax information
  • List of SKUs or barcodes
  • List of customers

Is EzyPos compatible with my existing hardware?

It’s very likely that EzyPos will play nice with the printers, scanners, bar-code readers, and equipment you already have. We focus on making the software work with the best and most commonly used retail hardware and we hear a lot from retailers using EzyPos successfully with printers we’d never even heard of.

What about Refunds?

Refunds can be arranged but under strict conditions but this is unlikely to cross your mind because our solutions are reliable and trusted by many.

Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?

Sure,you can change plans at any time i.e if you want to upgrade from one plan to another .You can also cancel a monthly plan.

Once you clear for a package i.e hosting or domain,you are free to cancel the contract or transfer to another provider at the time when it expires or even before

Support Included?

CIRT offers free support for most of its services i.e free installation and configuration for most of its products unless there is need for adjustments in terms of Support Charges

How to set up EzyPos and other products?

CIRT Technologies LTD offers free setup service for all its software applications including free domain and hosting setup

Are there additional costs?
